How do I become a member of Smoke Pit?
Click here to join Smoke Pit, the OFFICIAL Tony Stewart fan club, and receive exclusive benefits that are available to Smoke Pit members only. All Smoke PIt members receive a fan club kit upon joining. Each kit includes: T-shirt, hero card(s), membership card, decal, pennant, 4X6 photo, and various sponsor items, access to exclusive Smoke Pit fan events and more. If you have any questions, please contact the Smoke Pit office at (800) 867-6067, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Will Tony be making any appearances?
Any upcoming public and/or TV appearances will be posted in the News and Events section on the website as available.

Where can I request an autographed hero card or send an item in for Tony’s autograph?
Tony appreciates your request for an autograph. However, due to time constraints, the management for Tony Stewart is not accepting items for autograph at this time. We respectfully ask that items not be sent to Stewart-Haas Racing in North Carolina, Smoke Pit (the official Tony Stewart Fan Club), Tony Stewart Racing, or the Tony Stewart Store in Indiana.

You are invited to attend one of Tony’s appearances to meet him in person where he will be happy to sign a photo or merchandise. These appearances are posted on the news & appearance page at www.tonystewart.com.

Autographed items can be purchased directly from the Tony Stewart Store in Indianapolis, IN or online on our official store (items subject to availability).

Where can I request an autographed item for a charitable auction or fundraiser?
Please make your request in writing on the organization’s letterhead to:

Please include explanation of the charity event, date of the event, contact person, shipping address and beneficiary of charity event. We only can facilitate a limited number throughout the year so there is no guarantee that you will receive an item. For more information, go to the Tony Stewart Foundation's site.

How can I obtain pit passes?
Pit passes are under the direction and control of the individual tracks. Some tracks offer these passes to the race fans and some do not. You will need to call the individual track where you wish to attend a race and check on what their policy may be regarding these passes.

Where is your store located?
The Tony Stewart Racing Store is located on 5644 West 74th Street in Indianapolis, 46278.

Will Tony Sponsor Me or My Team?
Tony will not be sponsoring any additional racing teams or endeavors. He currently is allocating all of his resources to his existing initiatives, including his companies and open-wheel businesses.

How do I make a return?
All orders are accompanied with a Tony Stewart Racing Return & Exchange form. Please review and fully fill out the form to file a return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, TSR will happily refund or exchange merchandise (excluding diecast cars and food items, which are non-returnable items). Returnable items must be sent back within 30 days from the date your order is received and must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Returned items cannot be laundered, worn, broken, damaged or used in any way. Items must also be free of pet hair and any type of odor including smoke, cologne, or perfume to be eligible for a return.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to TSR’s error.
  2. All returns must be received within 30 days of date you received the package.
  3. No refunds for items NOT in new condition.
  4. TSR is not responsible for lost or stolen returns / exchanges.
  5. Customer is responsible for return / exchange shipping charges.
  6.  All refunds / additional charges must be made to a major credit card.

How do I place an order?
The quickest and most efficient way to place an order is through our online store at www.tonystewart.com/store. The security of your personal information is our highest priority. We use the most current technology to ensure your personal information is safe and secure. Please feel free to review our Privacy Policy for more details.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. A credit verification and authorization of the payment amount will be done during checkout. Your card will be charged at time of shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer accept personal checks or money orders.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Shopping at TonyStewart.com is safe and easy. The security of your credit card and personal information is our top priority. Our site is equipped with secure online ordering capability. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software for secure e-commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, so that it can’t be read as the information travels over the internet. I can't find a certain size/color for the item I want, how can I place an order?
If an item or size is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays the product image will not display that particular size and the Add To Cart button will not be displayed. All other items should be considered in stock.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders can only be placed for in-stock items unless specified.

Do I have to pay a sales tax?
Sales Tax is only charged for orders shipped within the states of Indiana and North Carolina. The current tax rate (IN = 7%, NC = 8%) is calculated automatically on your order form at check out.

If I buy an item, and it goes on sale sometime after I purchase it, can I get a discount?
Prices of items marked on sale apply ONLY to new purchases. Items that are returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase will be processed under the original price. We cannot/will not honor sales prices on previous orders.

PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final on sale/clearance items.

Can you mail me a catalog?
Our complete selection of merchandise is available to view 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.tonystewart.com/store.

How can I get a promotional code?
Promotion codes are only available to e-newsletter subscribers and Smoke Pit members. We periodically email out offers throughout the year. At that time, you may enter the promo code on your shopping cart page before checkout. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one promotion code per order will be accepted.

If I place an order, how soon will it be received?
All products purchased online will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS delivers Monday through Friday. All orders placed Monday through Friday, before 8am EST, will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order being received and shipped out after processing. THIS INCLUDES ALL EXPRESS ORDERS. Orders placed after hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If there should be any circumstance beyond the carrier's control such as weather, natural disasters, etc. it may delay your delivery. These situations do not allow us to refund costs.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday through Friday, before 8am EST, will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order being received. THIS INCLUDES ALL EXPRESS ORDERS. After your order is processed, it will then be delivered via UPS based upon the shipping option you choose. Orders placed after hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost are calculated based on current UPS rates. They are primarily dependent upon order size, weights of items, the ship location, and shipping method.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship orders to Canada. Please be aware that Canadian orders are subject to local taxes, duties and brokerage fees. Please contact your local UPS center or government agency to inquire about these charges. Tony Stewart Racing is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse customers for abandoned packages.

Do you ship to other countries outside of Canada?
No we do not ship internationally.

I ordered a pre-order item, when will it ship?
Pre-order items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advance purchase on our website. These items will be shipped directly to you once they become in stock.
