Track Co-Owner and NASCAR Driver Tony Stewart Returns to PIR
Paducah, KY- April 18, 2010- The dirt will be flying and the smoke will be rolling when two-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion and track co-owner Tony Stewart returns to battle it out with the local track favorites on Thursday, April 22nd. Who will tame the high banks at Paducah International Raceway?
Pit Gates open at 4:00 PM and the Grandstands open at 5:00 PM. Hot laps will begin at 6:30 PM with racing starting at 7:00 PM.
Mark your calendars for May 1st when the Lucas Oil Dirt Racing Series returns to Paducah International Raceway to battle the UMP Late Models. With $10,000 to win, it is sure to be an unforgettable night of racing. See Lucas Oil stars: current points leader Scott Bloomquist, Don O’Neal, Earl Pearson, Jr., Dan Schlieper, and Dennis Erb, Jr. go head to head with PIR track favorites. Who will come out on top?
2010 marks Paducah International Raceway’s fifth year with the current NASCAR driver owners. “Get Dirty” at PIR with racing every Friday night.
